Enroll in MasterCard SecureCode

MasterCard offers a free service called secure code that will enhance your first savings bank MasterCard account. This is a private security code that protects you against fraud and unauthorized use of your card when you shop online through participating stores and merchants. This secure code can be likened to a personal identification number that you would use at an ATM machine with a debit card. Simply enter your private secure code during the checkout process to complete each purchase. This secure code is something only the primary cardholder will have, therefore preventing attempts at theft and unauthorized use of your account information.


If your card is lost or stolen, make sure to repeat it immediately by contacting customer service at 888-469-0291.

If you want to dispute a charge log into your account and go to the transaction history tab. Click on the description and select dispute transaction.

If you notice a payment verification service being used during purchases, this is part of the fraud protection program to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of your card or access to your account.

to change your payment information online, select the payments tab and then make a payment. Enter the desired amount that you wish to pay and select continue. Confirm the payment and select edit option to change your new payment information. This information will then be kept on file for future payments.

If your card is expiring you can use it until the last day of the month that it shows it’s expiring on. A new card will be issued to you typically in the middle of the month.

Stay away from using commonly used passwords to access your account. Common passwords are often easily identified and hacked. A list of commonly used passwords are kept on file and are not allowed to be used. If you have trouble registering your account using one of the saved passwords, please use a more complex and unique password to complete the registration process.

Remember to use safe practices when using your card both in-store and online. Do not give your account information to anyone and change your password often.

Citi Thank You Points

Manage a Citi ThankYou member account online at ThankYou Rewards is one of the world’s largest rewards programs.Using the program allows you to earn points in several different ways and then conveniently combine them! Earn your own personal stash of Points by making a purchase with your eligible Citi credit card and for banking with Citibank with an enrolled consumer checking account. Points can also be earned by having qualifying products and services linked to an enrolled Citibank consumer checking account such as Auto Save, Savings/Money Market, Mortgage, Home Equity Line/Loan, Personal Installment Loan, and Custom Credit Line. Reward everyday with ThankYou

Once enrolled, click the “Sign On” button on the top-right of the website, and use the same username and password of the eligible account. For customers without a username and password, click “Register your Citi credit card or checking account” on the left side of the page and follow the online setup process. Once signed on, just click the icon next to “Welcome to ThankYou Rewards” on the top-left, then click My Citi Accounts.

To activate a new card or register with Skylight Pay Card for online access, click on the “New Customers Registration/Activation” link in the header. Enter the 16 digit card number located on the front of the Skylight PayCard issued by the employer and the 3-digit CVC2 number, located on the back of the card, in the respective boxes. Then, enter the last four digits of the primary Account holder’s social security number, and the month and last two digits of their birth year. During the activation process, users will be asked to select a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN.)

Directv Prepaid Card

Citi Cash such as the DIRECTV Visa Prepaid are non-reloadable and can only be used in the United States. Additionally, the cards do not have cash access, and thus cannot be used to obtain cash at ATMs or banks. Cards also have an expiration date, and cannot be used after this date.

Refunds take up to 10 working days to process, and disconnected customer refunds may take up to 6 weeks to process. Please ensure the service address and email address associated with the DIRECTV account are accurate to avoid any delays. To update a service address, please call DIRECTV support at 1-800-531-5000. If it has been more than 10 working days since the issuance of the refund, please contact Citi customer service at (877) 855-7201, or at If a balance remains on the card after the expiration date, contact Citi customer service to receive a new one.

E1 Visa Prepaid
