To activate a new card or register with Skylight Pay Card for online access, click on the “New Customers Registration/Activation” link in the header. Enter the 16 digit card number located on the front of the Skylight PayCard issued by the employer and the 3-digit CVC2 number, located on the back of the card, in the respective boxes. Then, enter the last four digits of the primary Account holder’s social security number, and the month and last two digits of their birth year. Directv Prepaid Card

Customers are eligible for a refund if they enrolled in a qualifying DIRECTV service between July 1st and October 2nd 2016, or if they have a credit on their account after canceling their service. Citi Cash such as the DIRECTV Visa Prepaid are non-reloadable and can only be used in the United States. Additionally, the cards do not have cash access, and thus cannot be used to obtain cash at ATMs or banks. Cards also have an expiration date, and cannot be used after this date.

Refunds take up to 10 working days to process, and disconnected customer refunds may take up to 6 weeks to process. Please ensure the service address and email address associated with the DIRECTV account are accurate to avoid any delays. To update a service address, please call DIRECTV support at 1-800-531-5000.
