This form of credit will be set in the mail 6-10 business days after the restored funds have been processed. Once received, customers need only sign the back, and it’s ready for use anywhere MasterCard is accepted! account holders may check their balance any time at prepaid.citi.com/t-mobilerefund by simply entering the full number and the security code located on the back of the card.
