Taco Bell Prepaid CitiBank
To manage a Taco Bell Debit Card online, visit www.citiprepaid.com/tacobell. Programs such as this one make it easy to get access to wages, even without a traditional bank account. There’s no waiting to get paid, and no need to travel to a check cashing establishment. Imagine all the time saved with automatic direct deposit!
Taco Bell Debit Cards, also called Purple Cards, eliminate the need for producing, distributing, and cashing paper paychecks. These are safer than cash because the cards are secured by Visa’s Zero Liability program, so the card can be replaced if it is ever lost or stolen without any loss of funds. With Purple Cards, wages are deposited straight into the employee’s account each week, and can be accessed at CitiPrepaid.com/tacobell. You can then use it wherever Visa is accepted, including for online or telephone purchases. You can even get cash back from debit purchases!

After enrolling in the program, employees will be issued a card. Go to Citi Prepaid Taco Bell to register and manage the account. First-time users should click “Register your card now.” Employees will then be prompted to enter the 16-digit number and the security code located on the back of the card. Card holders may be asked for additional information to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized access. After registering, you may return anytime and log-in using the username and password associated with the account.
From the account page, users can:
- Check current balance
- View deposit and transaction history
- Update personal information
- Review fee schedule
- Set a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for debit transactions
- And more!
In order to protect against identity theft, cardholders are encouraged to reset your password periodically and never provide card information to anyone. This includes the number, security code, or PIN. Cardmember services will never call users and ask for their card information over the phone unless the cardholder initiates the call.
Citi is not responsible for adding funds to an account. Holders are encouraged to contact the employer for concerns related to payment. For general questions about the program, please call the number printed on the back. It is recommended to write this number down and keep it in a safe place in case the card is lost or stolen. Customer service may also be contacted via e-mail after logging into the account.
