Telstra is proud to help customers improve how they connect with each other. That’s why they offer prepaid SIM cards in addition to monthly service plans. Simply bring a compatible device and account information from a previous provider to the nearest Telstra get started! Customers who do not already have an account at Telstra.com.au must be able to verify their identity with an approved form of ID.
To simply recharge a pre-paid account, visit Telstra.com.au and hover the mouse pointer over “My Pre-Paid” and select “Recharge.” Enter the Pre-Paid number to recharge in the “Recharge Now” field and pay with a credit card, debit card or PayPal. Want to do more than just recharge? Click “Log In” and enter the username and password associated with the account.
When logged into Telstra, users can:

- change Telstra Pre-Paid offer
- view usage and recharge history
- download a tax receipt
